A Wonderland of Inspiration

    Today is the day! I'm very excited to introduce you all to our May feature photographer.

     Jessica Wissler with Jessica Wissler Photography is just that photographer! She finds inspiration in unique and fun places, themes or items. Anything that allows her a little creative expression. She is located in central Iowa just like JasperLilly. Jessica primarily shoots weddings but captures everything from live birth to seniors and families as well! Jessica thrives when her clients are open to being creative and letting her imagination go wild, which is where the inspiration for an Alice in Wonderland themed family and children session came into play! When she told me her plans for the shoot and that she wanted to use JasperLilly frames I was excited to be able to be apart of the day and Jessica was even awesome enough to let me throw some ideas out there!

     Alice In Wonderland is a Disney classic I think every little girl has seen! I know I've personally seen many different versions of it, and I think it's a perfect setting for JasperLilly's bright colors and funky frames! If our frames where a part of Alice's wonderland I have no doubt the mad hatter would have them at his tea party!

A word from the Photographer:

Colorful, fun, & unique are just a few words that perfectly describe this photo shoot. I had the opportunity to combine the AMAZING JasperLilly Designs products and an Alice in Wonderland theme! When I combined those two things I felt like the possibilities were endless! Not only do the JasperLilly frames look gorgeous to display your pictures and add some color in your home, but WOW they make the best props too! I shopped in several antique shops to find all of the small details to decorate the table with. The door in the pictures is made up of all of the designs that JasperLilly currently offers for their baseboard props, pretty cool huh? Dornink, an awesome wedding shop in the East Village of Downtown Des Moines, was kind enough to let us use one of their beautiful flower girl dresses for “Alice”. The family was so much fun; all of the kids have such great personalities that allowed for a huge selection of images!

We want YOU front and center!

WOW It's been awhile since we have posted a blog and I think it's about time for one!!

I've been thinking of a way to showcase some of our amazing JasperLilly vendors. It came to me when one of our vendors told me about a fun idea she was using our frames for. I have decided that we are going to start doing a "Feature Photographer" Blog. I am hoping to do this every month.

So what will it take to be a featured vendor?
      Just send us an email with the title "Feature Photographer" send us over images of how you have used any of our products along with a few words of how you used the photos and what might have inspired for you to do it! I would love to see everything from typical to unique and inspiring! The sky is truly the limit!!

I was honored to be at a shoot that our frames where used in and I can't wait to share our first 'Feature Photographer' in the next week or two! Along with a new wholesale packet which will introduce new colors and will use some of the photos taken over this past weekend!! :)
